Luxe Beach Retreats plans luxury travel. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you use our trip planner, concierge or guide download forms, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number (if provided), contact preferences, trip preferences, requested guides and any message you send. We also record whether you opt into travel updates. Our website may collect basic, anonymous usage data such as pages visited.
How we use it
Only to respond to your inquiry, deliver the guides you request, plan and book your trip, and follow up about it. We send travel inspiration and other updates only when you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Who we share it with
When you book, we share the details needed with our host travel agency and with the hotels, resorts and travel providers involved in your trip. We use service providers to host this website, store inquiries and send email. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to plan your trip and meet our legal and business obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or remove you from our updates, at any time by emailing hello@luxebeachretreats.com.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new date here.
